(Salt Lake City, UT) – The National Wireless Safety Alliance (NWSA) is seeking qualified foremen, onsite leaders, NWSA-certified technicians, and other industry stakeholders to participate in the Job Task Analysis Survey for the NWSA Foreman Certification Program.
The survey will open Thursday, July 23, and responses must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, August 10.
The Job Task Analysis Survey is an important component of NWSA’s ongoing efforts to validate and refine the knowledge, skills, and core job responsibilities assessed through its certification program. Industry participation helps ensure that the Foreman Certification Program continues to reflect current workplace practices, evolving industry needs, and recognized safety and performance standards.
Who Should Participate?
NWSA is seeking input from professionals who have experience serving as a foreman or onsite leader responsible for supervising crews performing work on telecommunication structures.
Participants must have more than three years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Have worked as an onsite foreman,
- Have served as an onsite leader responsible for supervising crews, or
- Holds an NWSA Advanced Rigging, Telecommunications Tower Technician 2 (TTT-2), or Foreman certification.
As a thank you for their participation, eligible individuals who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for the chance to win one gift card. Seven winners will be randomly selected to receive one of the following prizes: one winner will receive a $200 gift card, two winners will each receive a $100 gift card, and four winners will each receive a $50 gift card.

We periodically invite certified technicians and stakeholders to complete the Job Task Analysis Survey to keep our certifications aligned with current industry practices and standards.
