Roles and Responsibilities
The mission of the Appeals Committee is to receive, validate and investigate appeals of previous judgements from NWSA certification candidates, certificate holders (Certificants), Practical Examiners, Testing Centers or Auditors to protect the integrity the NWSA certification process. The committee will develop procedures and protocols for deciding what actions are to be taken in response to a complainant’s appeal while taking into account the results of previous or similar appeals.
