National Wireless Safety Alliance (NWSA) is requesting that industry stakeholders complete an important Job Task Analysis Survey that the organization will be sending out on Monday, October 7.
The Job Task Analysis Survey is designed to ensure that the NWSA’s technician exams reflect today’s work environment, regulations, and technology and is a required component of the credentialing organization’s operations to maintain ANSI ISO 17024 accreditation.
The Job Task Analysis Survey was developed by a NWSA Review Committee that recently convened to review the Telecommunications Tower Technician 1 (TTT-1) and Telecommunications Tower Technician 2 (TTT-2) content outlines. This important survey which aims to gather feedback and validate the Job Task Analysis will be sent the week of October 7, 2024. NWSA certificants who have recently updated their contact information and want to receive the survey are encouraged to send an e-mail to marketing@nws-a.org.
“This Job Task Analysis Survey is an extremely important part of the NWSA mission and its operations. Stakeholder participation is paramount to ensure that our certification programs and exams are updated to reflect advancements in the industry. NWSA is committed to being the gold-standard for professional trade certification programs offered in the communications infrastructure industry,” stated Executive Director Duane MacEntee. “I would encourage the distribution group recipients to prioritize completion of this survey within the specified timeframe,” added MacEntee.
Industry workers, companies, and stakeholders are encouraged to visit the NWSA website at www.nws-a.org to learn more about the organization and how to begin the process of obtaining certification.
