Roles and Responsibilities
The mission of the National Wireless Safety Alliance (“NWSA”) Ethics and Discipline Committee (“E&D Committee”) is to protect the public, workers and industry stakeholders against unprofessional and/or unethical conduct by NWSA certification candidates, certificate holders (Certificants), Practical Examiners, Testing Centers and Auditors (collectively “Members”) by protecting the integrity the NWSA certification process. The purpose of the E&D Committee is to ensure that issues regarding the practice and conduct of NWSA Members are investigated and make disciplinary determinations in a fair, consistent and unbiased manner. The primary objective of the E&D Committee is to enforce the NWSA Code of Ethics and the E&D Committee is responsible for receiving and reviewing complaints of ethical violations and determining appropriate action, including sanctions and dismissal of complaints.
